We update the Excepted items claim form from time to time and it is essential that all schools use the current form, when a claim is submitted.

If you have a claim to submit, please use the link to the claim form on the SPS website (link: https://the-sps.co.uk/managing-people/excepted-items).

Please do not save a copy of the form to your own PC, as this may result in an old version of the form being used and it could affect the calculations for settlement of the claim.

You will notice that the new form asks additional questions to ensure that we correctly include statutory and contractual amounts when calculating our estimated payments for Maternity (Start) and Adoption (Start) claims.
