If you are an Excepted Items customer, please make sure you are aware of the deadlines for submitting your claims.
All claims for reimbursement under the Excepted Items Scheme must be submitted to excepteditems.kent.gov.uk within the same financial year that the absence ends.
There is an extension of this deadline for 'Excepted Items' where the period of absence ends during February and March. These will be accepted up until 31st May of the following financial year, but claims cannot be accepted beyond this date.
