We are excited to confirm that the new ServiceNow portal for Schools' Personnel Service customers has gone live today, Wednesday 29th May 2019. Any current active portal users should have received an email this morning with login information. If you did not receive this but believe that you should have please contact the SPS Helpdesk. We have been made aware that some portal users have received their login email twice. Please use the password on the most recent email or reset your password via the portal.
Following our transition to the ServiceNow portal, you may still be waiting for letters or contracts relating to information via the old SPS portal. These documents will be made available to you via this link to the old portal until 7th June 2019.
Any documents relating to information submitted on the new ServiceNow portal will be available through the ‘My Cases’ section of the new portal.
