Universal Claim Form / Absence Form


We’ve identified an administrative error in the Universal Claim form and Absence Claim issued to you for March payroll in that your staff are not listed in alphabetical order, for which we would like to apologise. 

To minimize any possible inconvenience on your side we are happy that you use the forms you received for February’s payroll updated with claims or absence for March payroll.

If however you have new starters that are not listed on Februarys form please email a separate enquiry with the claim or absence details and we will action these accordingly.
