SPS 360 Leadership Survey

Our SPS 360 Leadership Survey is a powerful tool! SPS 360 delivers a structured and facilitated review of the Standards of Excellence for Head teachers in practice - what leaders have done already or need to do going forward to move closer to the aspirations set out in the standards - informed by those who view their work from different angles alongside their own self-assessment.

The resulting insights, captured in the comprehensive 18+ page report serve to support professional (and practice) development, both within and beyond the school, increasing capacity to support and in many cases lead the development of the school-led system.

Similarly the results serve to support whole teams … whether school senior or middle leadership teams (SLT/MLT) or collectives across collaborations; enabling leaders to develop individually and collectively capitalising on areas of strength for the group in the first instance and future plan effectively.

Emotional Intelligence EQi Assessment

Alongside our SPS 360 Leadership Survey we can also offer senior and middle leaders access to an emotional intelligence/EQ assessment.

Emotional intelligence refers to the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions – your own and those of the people around you. The most successful leaders have a high degree of emotional intelligence/EQ and are able to relate to and work with others. They know what they're feeling, what their emotions mean, and how these emotions can affect other people. Similarly they have the ability to understand, interpret, and respond to the emotions of others. This insight enables them to adapt and flex their approach to given individuals and situations in order to achieve the best outcome(s) and in doing so excel. EQ-i 2.0 is the leading measure of emotional intelligence.

The EQ-i 2.0® mode, based on the original version authored by Dr. Reuven Bar-On, includes five key scales including: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision-Making and Stress Management.

Each of these scales (and their subsets) are assessed and the analysis detailed in a comprehensive 20+ page report; providing a rich source of information about the different facets of an individual’s emotional intelligence, together with an overall EI score. The report also highlights the impact at work and offers strategies for action. The resulting insights support personal and professional development and the development of your EQ.

Our emotional intelligence assessment and report is offered with one hours feedback from a qualified EQi assessor and coach.
