    Our Platinum Package combines a high level of HR Consultancy support for all of your employee relations matters, with our effective HR administration service.

    HR Consultancy

    Your dedicated HR Consultant will be available to support you with your employee relations’ issues.

    • Face-to face meetings:
      Confidence and trust in your HR Consultant is paramount, we believe that face-to-face meetings build and develop these relationships more quickly.
    • Locally based,
      Your HR Consultant will be happy to visit you on site and attend your senior leadership meetings three times a year. This ensures that your strategic decisions take into account employee relations matters from the start.
    • Sensitivity to your unique needs:
      Your Consultant will listen to your desired outcomes and appreciate the culture of your school or academy. They will clearly outline all of the options available to you and discuss any risk so that you can make an informed decision.
    • Attendance at meetings:
      Our Platinum customers benefit from their HR Consultant’s attendance at informal meetings as well as formal ones. This gives you peace of mind if you are relatively new to dealing with personnel issues or when you are dealing with complex or potentially difficult cases.
    • Senior leadership team support:
      Your Consultant will also support your senior leadership team, governors or Board by producing bespoke outcome documents after meetings and hearings to relieve you from the burden of this administration.
